Senior Consultant-LearningAbout the roleThe Learning Consultant will partner with the OCM Team, Trainers and Business units subject matter experts and IT functional team to design, support development, delivery and measure learning effectiveness for a Transformation Program. Learning Consultant will collaborate to update learning materials to facilitate achievement of the individual business unit’s and organizational goals pre and post training delivery.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Conduct training needs analysis to include audience, role/task and training environmentProvide training development support and oversight of instructional designersDevelop the training strategy and curriculumDevelop the course catalogConduct train-the-trainer sessionsUpdate training materials per business unit requirementsInvestigate available training methods and procedures to determine the most effective manner by which to meet specific learning needsProvide general training content bui...
