Senior Consultant – IT Operations Management (ITOM), ServiceNow (m/f/d)

Aachen, Berlin, Dortmund, Dresden, Erlangen, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich or Stuttgart (Hybrid) | Full-time | €75,000–100,000 gross/year

We're hiring a Senior ITOM Consultant to join the largest ServiceNow partner in the DACH region. This role requires hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB expertise built over several years — not general ITSM exposure.

Responsibilities
Assess clients' current IT infrastructure and ITOM processes
Independently lead ITOM projects and sub-projects
Design future-state ITOM solutions, including CMDB/CSDM architecture
Run workshops, trainings, and client presentations (German & English)
Provide functional/technical guidance during implementation
Coach junior project members; support presales

Requirements
5+ years in infrastructure and application management
 Several years of verifiable, hands-on ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB/CSDM experience — this is a hard requirement....
