**What you'll do**

+ Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to the customers
+ Lead multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors / SAP HCM solutions to the customers
+ Work with the customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
+ Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win
