About the Team
The Circular Material Innovations (CMI) team is part of Product Stewardship at Canadian Tire. The team manages packaging data, regulatory reporting, and waste diversion programs (e.g., tires, packaging, IC&I waste) across Canada. It also identifies and delivers circular business and operational opportunities. The team is tasked with improving data quality and infrastructure, and identifying tangible opportunities to reduce cost, risk, and environmental impact.

They are comfortable moving between analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination, and can take a problem from idea through to execution.
