Senior Construction Superintendent

Lead construction operations with JCB as a Senior Superintendent in project management. Ensure safety and efficiency on-site through oversight, coordination, and compliance.
Reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations, the Superintendent oversees day-to-day management at assigned job sites. With over 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial projects, you will lead teams, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain project schedules while enforcing safety standards. Your role is pivotal in managing resources and informing the Project Manager of significant changes impacting the project.

• Plan and oversee daily work activities on the job site
• Maintain presence to supervise and resolve issues
• Lead and supervise subcontractors and JCB employees
