Senior Construction Site Manager

Job Requirements

• Candidates must be able to drive, thus to travel from site to site.
• Candidates must have at least 10 years of site management experience (candidates with experience related to architectural trades i.e. tiling works, are preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in managing large‑scale construction projects and site operations.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, workplace safety regulations, and project management.
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards, MOM safety requirements, and BCA regulations.
• Candiates need to schedule works on site, make manpower and material arrangements, attend site meetings daily.
