Senior Connectivity & Network Support Engineer

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Bogotá to provide expert support for Cisco Small Business products. In this role, you will build strong relationships with customers, ensuring issues are resolved while enhancing their overall experience with Cisco.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Routing, Switching, Voice, Wireless, and Security, with at least 3-5 years in the networking industry. CCNA certification is required, and CCNP is an advantage.
