• Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the regional compliance framework, including Policies & Procedures, Compliance Management System (CMS), Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, Anti‑Bribery & Corruption, Sanctions, and other key compliance policies, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
