Senior Compliance Leader: Ethics, Risk & Policy

AIA is seeking a Head of Compliance to oversee the Compliance Department. This role involves designing and implementing compliance programs to ensure regulatory and market conduct risks are addressed. The Head of Compliance will work closely with the Executive Committee, providing guidance on compliance matters and leading a team dedicated to fostering a culture of ethics and compliance.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in compliance within the financial industry, preferably in insurance. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
