KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To directly conduct all day-to-day compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines. Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:
Preparation and review of internal procedures and policies;Supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;Compliance training for management personnel and employee of other departments;Management and archive of internal documents of the company;Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;Provision of compliance advice to other departments of the company;Support the business decision making from compliance perspective;Coordination with the State authorities and other departments of the company on all regulatory dire...
