Senior Compliance & Audit Lead (Internal Standards)

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Compliance/Audit Coordinator to manage and report on compliance for a business vertical, coordinating internal, external and client-driven audits and the related preparation.

The position requires a college degree, knowledge of MS Office tools, awareness of quality management methodologies, and preferred experience in internal/external compliance or audits. Training on information security and company policies will be provided.
