Responsibilities
- Prepare compliance requirements documentation for the procurement of solutions.
- Design, implement and monitor the Compliance Program, defining controls, processes, risks and a risk and control matrix.
- Identify non-conformities and propose improvements to processes and operational routines.
- Develop, review and guide the implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) principles.
- Develop an internal Compliance awareness program.
- Monitor and assess risks of partners and service providers, defining Due Diligence criteria.
- Draft and update policies, manuals, bylaws, processes and procedures in accordance with market best practices.
- Develop, track and present Compliance reports and metrics.
- Conduct audits, monitoring activities and training sessions.
