As a Senior Complaints & Inquiries Specialist you assist investors daily by responding efficiently to inquiries and acting as the initial contact for all public investor complaints. You communicate with other departments, provide written responses in plain English, assess complaints for regulatory significance, refer them when necessary, and identify emerging trends for management.
