About the Role
We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to serve as the local subject matter expert (SME) for total rewards in the Philippines. This role will partner closely with the Enterprise Total Rewards COE to ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits programs, while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role , ideal for professionals who thrive in both strategic advisory and operational execution within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
