Overview
The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a key role in shaping and supporting compensation programs across the organization. In this role, you will analyze market and internal data, evaluate pay practices, and provide recommendations that help ensure the company remains competitive and cost‑effective in the markets where we operate. You’ll partner closely with a collaborative, general Compensation team, along with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and business leaders, to support and evolve compensation programs across multiple geographies. The role focuses on broad‑based compensation, job architecture, market data analysis, and salary planning, with strong hands‑on involvement in Workday Compensation and data‑driven insights.
