Senior Communications Officer (French Services) (Telework/Hybrid)

Position: Full‑time, permanent, based in Regina, Saskatchewan (2440 Broad Street). This hybrid role combines in‑office and remote work.

Languages: English and French (both reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Help develop an annual strategy for outreach activities and partnerships.
• Develop, plan and implement execution plans, brand activations and innovative event experiences, both internally and externally.
• Negotiate, draft, monitor and implement related agreements.
• Plan the event calendar and production schedules; coordinate all project phases, conduct technical and location scouting, and manage budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project execution and logistics.
