This post based in Singapore, to lead the PPCA's communications work to enhance the public debate on the benefits and feasibility of the coal-to-clean transition in Southeast Asia and contribute to PPCA's wider comms activities, reporting to the Communications Lead.
Who We Are
The Powering Past Coal Alliance (PPCA) is a coalition of over 180 members working to advance the transition from unabated coal power generation to clean energy. Founded in 2017 by the United Kingdom and Canada its membership now includes almost a third of the world's countries, financial institutions, sub-national governments in the most coal-dependent regions in the world and leading utilities. The PPCA Secretariat is hosted by E3G, an independent climate change think tank, which provides management and administrative support to the Secretariat, plus strategic analysis and advice.
