As Senior Combat Designer for Star Trek Fleet Command, you shape long-term combat, gameplay, and player growth across PvE, PvP, and co-op modes. You’ll build systemic combat that scales with content and time, partnering with a cross-functional team to implement features and iterate on performance data.
