- Implementbest practices in warehouse management
- Ensurecompliance with: HACCP and ISO standards
- Maintainstrict temperature control and monitoring systems
- Minimiseproduct spoilage, losses, and waste
- Ensureaudit readiness at all times
- Lead,mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
- Manageworkforce planning in cold environments
- Promote astrong safety culture and enforce PPE compliance
- Conductperformance reviews and training programs
- Ensurecompliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA)
