Senior CNC & Material Prep Lead – Production

Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Production Foreman to lead Material Preparation and CNC Manufacturing.

You will manage a skilled team, drive productivity, optimise material utilisation and oversee ERP/MRP workflows to support fabrication and assembly operations. The role requires a Qualified Artisan with at least five years of supervisory experience in heavy engineering, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing docs.
