As a Senior Cloud Engineer (Agile) , your responsibilities will focus on serving as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for our cloud engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery, process optimization, and team collaboration. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Retrospectives) for cloud engineering teams.
- Removing blockers, shielding the team from external distractions, and fostering a collaborative, self-organizing team culture.
- Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage, prioritize, and refine the product/service backlog.
- Guiding the team on Agile/Scrum best practices, metrics (velocity, burn-down charts), and continuous improvement processes.
- Providing high-level technical context and alignment between cloud engineering strategies and Agile delivery frameworks.
