Senior Clinical Lead

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated, forward-thinking clinician to lead the team at Plym Bridge House. It is a 12-bed, purpose-built psychiatric tier-4 unit for teenagers with severe mental health problems or mental illness.

Our experienced team provides high-quality, short-term care for young people whose needs cannot be met in the community. The 12 to 18-year-olds we admit are assessed and treated in the least restrictive way possible, and for the shortest amount of time appropriate.

Plym Bridge House (PBH) is staffed by a dedicated and experienced team made up of consultant psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, medical staff, registered mental health nurses, nurses with children’s nursing qualifications, health care assistants, occupational therapists and family therapists. The site is also home to teachers and teaching assistants to ensure people’s education needs are met, alongside their physical, mental and emotional needs.
