Senior Client Success Manager

One Core Media is a fully integrated performance agency - combining SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Brand Strategy, Web Development, CRO, and Data Analytics under one roof - with teams across Canada, the US, and Europe. We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll own the relationships, the strategic communication, and the outcomes for a portfolio of accounts across multiple verticals. You won't be executing campaigns yourself, but you need to understand them deeply enough to guide the teams who do, and to earn the trust of the clients who depend on them.
