Senior Client Services Manager (Paris based) – Boutique Asset Manager

Our client is a successful boutique asset manager with an entrepreneurial culture. They are hiring a French speaking Senior Client Services Manager based in their Paris office. 

Key responsibilities include:

Act as the primary point of contact for institutional and wholesale clients in France and several other European markets, support the completion of RFPs, DDQs and ad-hoc requests from prospective and existing clients, attend client review meetings and send follow-up reports, deliver client onboarding, including financial analysis and coordination with transfer agents, handle clients enquiries regarding fund features, portfolio management and market data, manage client queries and process their portfolio requests to agreed service levels, undertake monthly reporting for existing clients, work with sales, fund operations and finance to resolve client services issues, produce distribution agreements, platforms registrations and KYC in collaboration with compliance, un...
