Senior Client Services Coordinator (ICT_TECH CB_2026_05)

Responsibilities

• Analysis and interpretation of licensing requirements
• Finding solutions to complex and bespoke licensing requests
• Be the first point of contact for clients on queries relating to software licensing, billing and contract renewals
• Processing new sales and trials in accordance with the client’s Software License Agreement including dispatch of software licences and processing of invoices
• Lead a small group with responsibility for a subset of high‑value clients
• Draft quotations for new and additional license requests

• Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurised environment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output
