As a Senior Client Representative, you will support the Entitlement Services Support team (ESS) within the Client Management group of RBC Investor Services (IS). You will provide professional client service to all clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing a value‑added service.
The ESS team responds to client enquiries regarding entitlements, including corporate actions, proxy, class action, and income events. Inquiries may pertain to notifications, instructions, event processing, and market practices. The team also acts as a liaison point for inquiries from internal clients such as CSRs, CSMs, and other internal partners with queries on North American events so that the processing team can focus on day‑to‑day operations.
