We are looking for a **Senior Client Relationship Manager** to act as the primary liaison between our clients and our Operations & Tech teams.
This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, fast issue resolution, and long-term client trust.
**Your Mission**
As Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will define, build, and lead Capa's client engagement strategy.
This is a leadership role, but also a hands-on one.
You will personally manage strategic accounts, own complex client situations, and design the processes, standards, and playbooks that will shape how Capa delivers world-class client experience as we scale.
