The Senior Client Insights Analyst plays a vital role in the firm’s Pricing & Client Insights team, focusing on client portfolio and legal matter analytics and reporting. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Insights and can be based in any Canadian office. Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, and analyze client/matter data to prepare reports and presentations. Conduct periodic and ad‑hoc client portfolio and matter performance analyses. Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Business Planning & Analysis, and Pursuits teams to provide accurate and timely reporting. Support the development of best practices for client insights. Assist in assessing client insights processes and identifying improvements to enhance satisfaction and profitability. Research and manipulate client insights data to assess key metrics and trends.
