Senior Client Executive
Position: Senior Client Executive (Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 to £37,000
Location: Hybrid – once weekly travel to Andover, Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
The role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent, high‑quality servicing experience for brokers and clients. It provides senior oversight of client servicing activities, supporting Client Executives in delivering strong relationship management, effective issue resolution and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Act as the escalation point for complex servicing matters and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong broker and client relationships.
