Senior Client Computing Platform Mobile

The role is also responsible for pro-actively monitoring and administering client's client computing infrastructure technology stack as well as participate/perform in design, planning, installation, configuration, patching, change management, upgrading, systems refresh, system data protection.
This role will both perform these following duties as well as guide activities of contractors and managed service provider resources performing these duties which include 24x7 system monitoring and alerting, analyze system logs for errors, and developing solutions, execute approved system change activities, engineering upgrades of Operating Systems and plan/perform security vulnerability patching, and resolving customers request submitted via support tickets.
This role is part of client's Global Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Services team and will require frequent interaction with vendors and third-party service providers.
