In this role you will manage end-to-end claims operations for orders below 100K across all lines of business in Spain, ensuring accurate data, timely processing, and robust bordereaux control. You will support the Country Claims Manager with process improvement, SLA delivery, and proactive issue resolution, with potential to extend coverage to lead business and other countries. You’ll contribute to operational efficiency and resilient claims services for internal and external stakeholders, working in a multinational environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that sits at the heart of claims transformation and performance.”
