Senior Claims Examiner – Professional Lines

Claims Counsel Our Canadian office is currently recruiting for a Claims Counsel. The Claims Counsel will perform customer service, claims and legal functions within all lines of commercial business, but with particular emphasis on General Liability Claims and Professional Liability claims. The incumbent will ensure timely disposition of mid‑size to large complex claims with the purpose of achieving timely resolution and cost‑effective settlements on behalf of DWF Claims Canada Ltd. and its clients, both international and domestic.

This position can be remote from anywhere in Canada. Responsibilities

Investigate complex claims through adjusters and counsel with a focus primarily on Professional Liability and some Wrap up liability, and other liability claims

Evaluate information on all types of claims and damages to determine the extent of exposure to the client and carrier
