The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join their home warranty claims team in a full-time, in-office capacity. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced claims professional who can confidently manage complex and high-exposure claims while providing technical guidance and supporting sound, timely claim resolution.
The role focuses on home warranty and construction-related claims, with responsibility for investigating coverage, assessing liability and defect issues, coordinating external experts and repair resources, and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
