As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will support clients through significant events by ensuring the rigorous, compassionate, and efficient handling of complex residential insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Travel to loss sites to investigate claims, analyze circumstances, and negotiate settlements in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle complex residential insurance claims, including hidden defects, bodily injury cases, and losses exceeding $50,000.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders and experts involved in claims under your responsibility.
• Evaluate recovery opportunities, control damages, and validate claim eligibility based on applicable coverage.
• Negotiate settlements, prepare comprehensive reports within required timelines, and settle claims within your authority level.
