In this senior role at ISL, you'll contribute significantly to urban and land development projects. You'll take the lead in preparing high-quality design packages, coordinate with various stakeholders, and utilize Civil 3D to execute civil design tasks. Your expertise will also guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare design and drawing submission packages for approvals
• Lead Civil 3D design including grading and pipe networks
• Coordinate efficiently with internal and external consultants
• Prepare engineering drawings for municipal technical studies
• Mentor junior designers and technologists
Requirements:
• 7+ years of land/site development design experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
