Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development

As a Senior Civil Engineer in the Edmonton Land Development team at WSP, you will lead transformational residential, industrial, and mixed‑use projects in Edmonton and beyond, ensuring they are resilient, sustainable, and built for long‑term success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of land development projects from concept design through construction and municipal acceptance.
• Guide technical design for stormwater management, grading, drainage, water and sanitary servicing, roadway and access design, and utility coordination.
• Oversee and review engineering drawings, reports, models, and submissions to ensure alignment with municipal and provincial standards.
• Champion sustainable design by integrating Low Impact Development, green stormwater systems, and climate‑resilient infrastructure principles.
