Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics onlarge-tonnage liquid chillers
- Carry outmajor and minor services, inspections, and performance assessments
- Executecompressor teardown, inspection, repair, and reassembly(centrifugal, screw, and others)
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
- Select, identify, and replace OEM and equivalent spare parts accurately
- Interpret wiring diagrams, P&IDs, control logic, and OEM technical documentation
- Support chilleroverhauls, retrofits, and commissioning activities
- Conduct vibration checks, oil analysis, and performance testing where required
- Respond to breakdowns and emergency callouts professionally and efficiently
- Prepare clear service reports and recommendations for clients and management
- Maintain high standards ofsafety, quality, and workmanshipat all times
