An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an inspiring and innovative Senior Charge Nurse for Ward 4, Queen Margaret Hospital. This is an inpatient ward which provides multidisciplinary care and ongoing assessment for individuals diagnosed with dementia who have complex, often co-existing, physical and psychological care requirements.
This is an exciting time in NHS Fife to be part of the Health and Social Care Partnership as we continue to develop and configure our Mental health services to meet current and future service needs.
As an integral leader of the multi-disciplinary team the post holder has responsibility for clinical leadership, managing and supporting the ongoing team development to fulfil the key functions of the Senior Charge Nurse.
