**What you’ll do:**

+ Identify, develop and manage the Core channel partners and key segment to achieve the businiess target.
+ Responsible for developing and maintain channel partners in South China.
+ Achieve sales target and soft targets, implement channel strategies.
+ In-depth understanding partner thinking, leverage partner resource to sell Eaton solution, make sure partner achieve targets
+ Recruiting segment and ecosystem partners, drive business plan with partner together.
+ Responsible for daily operation to support partners (payment collection, ordering, after-sales service, business review, etc.)
