Senior Change Manager — Transformation Leader & Coach

Fórum Selecção is seeking a Senior Change Manager (M/F) to lead change management for a Corporate Bank in Porto. The successful candidate will design and implement transformation strategies and provide coaching to leaders. A strong background in change management and certified coaching, along with fluency in English and French, is necessary.

This is a temporary project of 6 months, with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates with experience in the banking sector will be preferred.
