About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead end to end change management and project readiness activities for complex, cross functional business initiatives. This is a business and operations focused role supporting large scale transformation programs within a highly regulated environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, operations teams, technology partners, and delivery stakeholders to drive organizational readiness, adoption, and successful business outcomes.
