Reporting to the Director of Corporate PMO, you will spearhead Nutrien’s change management strategy and governance. This role emphasizes fostering stakeholder engagement, optimizing internal OCM resources, and ensuring business readiness for change. You'll leverage your expertise to monitor change effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across portfolios.
