Senior Category Manager, Beauty Business

The Senior Category Manager is responsible in developing strategies and driving category plans and programs across the O+O platforms to ensure relevancy and improve market share, thereby achieving category brands, sales, margin, and other income.

This role focuses on:

• 100% Delivery of category sales and achievements of all required agreements (TTA, promotions, etc.) according to agreed timelines
• Budget achievement for stocks weeks cover and slow-moving stocks through weekly coordination with supply chain on product assortment and decisions on SMS
• Conceptualizing & selling O+O category building programs to all category supplier and ensuring seamless implementation resulting in sales & OI target achievement
• Optimizing category sales and profit by collaborating with top and mid-tier suppliers for better margins
