Senior Category Growth Leader

Campbell's is seeking a Walmart Category Leadership Manager to serve as a category advisor, translating strategy into execution for a large, complex category. You will lead analyses, develop recommendations, and partner with Walmart merchants to drive category growth.

You will own execution of category strategy, assortment, clustering, shelving, and merchandising opportunities, while managing modular planning and providing proactive shopper insights. Hybrid work in Rogers, AR with travel.
