Responsibilities

  • Manage escalations and resolve client problems to the highest standard while aligning with Client for Life Principles.
  • Respond to inquiries and support the RCM case pool, ensuring First Call Resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (CCC Tier‑2, Business Development, Client Advocacy, Service Recovery, Ombudsman, etc.) to provide long‑term solutions to client issues.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to CCRs and RCMs to eliminate knowledge gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, log them as CI or Knowledge Enhancement requests, and report trends to support business practices.
  • Maintain open communication with clients concerning case status and analytics.
