Senior Case Coordinator

Position Overview

The Senior Case Coordinator is responsible for managing the insurance case lifecycle, from application intake through underwriting, policy delivery, and ongoing client servicing. They work closely with Estate & Insurance Advisors (EIAs) to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely case management. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high standard of client service while supporting complex insurance cases and maintaining strong relationships across internal and external partners.

In addition, the coordinator helps with ongoing client needs, policy maintenance, and renewal management, contributing to a smooth and positive experience.

The role requires engaging orally and in writing with clients, partners, employees, branches, and executives located outside Quebec. Interactions may be complex and regular, most often daily, therefore due to the extent of engagements in English, this role requires oral and ...
