- Act as the primary point of contact for any technical topics related to corporate customers
- Handle complex new and renewal cases as part of a team of Life, Disability, Accident, and Group Medical underwriters
- Support the sales team in winning new customers
- Set up reinsurance arrangements and offer underwriting support to captives
- Contribute to the request for proposal process alongside the sales team
- Support the implementation process for newly acquired captives
- Provide professional underwriting support to the captives for onboarding and renewal of cases
- Evaluate captive protection needs and provide offers in line with profitability and risk appetite.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of practical experience in underwriting employee benefit schemes for Life and/or Health business
- Degree in mathematics, finance or similar
