Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients. Review, verify, and validate chemotherapy and other cancer treatment prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness. Ensure the safe preparation, dispensing, and administration of chemotherapy and supportive medicines in line with national and hospital guidelines.
