Senior Camp Boss Accommodation Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Manage labour accommodation for a workforce of 2,000 to 3,500 employees
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE Labour Laws
- Supervise catering, housekeeping, maintenance and transportation services
- Manage accommodation allocation and employee welfare
- Coordinate vendor and AMC management
- Conduct HSE inspections and emergency preparedness activities
- Prepare operational reports and manage camp budgets
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7 years of Camp Management experience
- Experience in EPC, Oil & Gas or Construction projects
- NEBOSH IGC Certification
- Mandatory HACCP Level 3 Certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
