Senior Business Systems Analyst (Contract)

Job Description

This role combines post-sales engagement management with business systems analysis responsibilities.

• As the Engagement Manager, the person will be the main client contact, responding promptly and proactively to project needs, concerns, and deliverables.
• Using a consultative approach, the candidate will identify client pain points and recommend suitable solutions to grow Newgen’s business with existing customers.
• As a Business Systems Analyst, the individual must have strong functional knowledge products and solutions, along with a solid understanding of their technical architecture.

• Record Management System
• Enterprise content management system
• Integration of AI in RMS and ECM
• GCC+ working experience in container based Architecture
